New A&D Board Chair

As of 1 January 2026, Mef Nilbert has been appointed Chair of the OECI Accreditation & Designation (A&D) Board.

Dr. Nilbert is a Professor of Oncology at the Lund University and a Senior Consultant at the Institute of Clinical Sciences of the Skane University Hospital Cancer Center.

OECI is pleased to welcome Mef Nilbert in this role and looks forward to her leadership in supporting the continued development and strategic oversight of the A&D Programme. We warmly congratulate her on this appointment and wish her every success in her new responsibilities.
